 Qingdao Zhuzhiyuan Steel Structure Co., Ltd. is located in Qingdao, Shandong Province, factory located at the national economic development zone and the strategic frontier of the blue economy in Bohai Bay. Our company specializes in the R&D, design, production, and manufacturing of steel structure and prefabricated building products.
Our production workshop covers 20,377 square meters and features 10 H and box sintering production lines, 4 tube truss production lines, CNC plasma and flame cutting machines, automatic submerged arc welding machines, large straightening machines, CNC plane drilling machines, cutting machines, 55 CO2 gas shielded welding machines, hollow drills, magnetic drills, and large equipment with capacities of 20 and 10 tons. We have over 100 first-line production employees, more than 20 intermediate technical personnel, and 6 R&D staff with 15 years of experience in professional and prefabricated steel structure building design.
We employ over 10 Tekla deepening design engineers specializing in space truss and steel frame structures. Our production team excels in heavy steel and pipe truss steel structure production, welding, and fine component manufacturing. The Bohai Eye Ferris Wheel, the largest truss-free ferris wheel in Asia, is among our notable projects.
Our company boasts an annual production capacity of 20,000 tons of heavy steel structures and 30,000 tons of space tube trusses. We hold several invention patents, reflecting our strong independent R&D and design capabilities. In response to the rapid development of prefabricated steel structure housing in the country, we have entered the experimental production stage of prefabricated steel plate composite light cement foamed boards.
